HERE’S HOW TO PROCEED
1. Logon to “My account”
2. Go to “My returns” and click the option “Return an item”
3. Select the articles that you would like to return, indicating the reason for the return.

5. Once your return has been received and verified by our Customer Service team, we will refund the amount paid for the article(s) to the bank account used for the order in 3 to 5 business days. Once the refund has been made it can take up to 3 days to appear in your bank account. The delay may vary, depending on your bank. Please be aware, return costs are at the customer’s expense. We inform you that the return costs are your responsibility.
The processing time for returned items is 15 business days. If after this time has passed you have not had news about your return, please contact our Customer Service team. We will get back to you as soon as we can. Once your return has been treated by our Customer Service team, we will refund amount paid for the article(s) to the bank account used for the order.
IMPORTANT: In the case of furniture and custom items that are purchased on request and are therefore delivered with delivery times of two weeks or longer, NO CHANGES, RETURNS ARE ADMITTED due to the customer's change of mind as we expressly buy it from the supplier by customer request.
