If you are trying to place an order but your payment is being refused, please contact your bank or financial institution.

Thelittleclub does not reserve the right to refuse a payment. Finally, if you would like to pay for an order in instalments your order must be priced between 150€ and 1500€. Please check the price of your order to see if you are eligible for this offer.



 ~ I would like to order a pr​oduct that is no longer available ~ 

We can send you an email alert informing you once the product you are interested is back in stock.
To create an email alert:
1. Go to the product’s page.
2. Select the size and/ or colour that you are interested in.
3. Click the button “Availability Alert”.
4. Please enter your email address in the “Availability Alert” pop-up.
5. Create the alert by clicking the button “Send stock alert”

Promotional codes can be applied to your order by going to your shopping bag and clicking on the zone “Promotional Code/ Gift Voucher”. Once you have entered your code, be sure to click the “OK” button so that it is applied. Before using a promotional code, please verify the code’s validity dates and conditions of use.
PLEASE BE AWARE Promotional codes cannot be used on already reduced items or in conjunction with ongoing promotions (seasonal sales, private sales, other offers), unless otherwise stipulated. If your shopping bag contains an already reduced item and you wish to use a promotional code, the promotion will not be applied to this item. Furthermore, please verify that your promotional code is in the same currency as your order.



 ~ I have forgotten my password ~ 

You can reset your password in a few short steps.
Here’s how:
1. Go to the tab “My account” in the upper-right hand corner of the site.
2. A pop-up window will then appear. To reset your password, select the option “Forgot password?”
3. Then, enter your email address and click the button “Reset”. You will then receive an email to the address entered allowing you to change your account’s password. If after a few minutes you have not yet received this email, please check your inbox’s spam folder.



 ~ I would like to change my password ~

If you are logged into your account and you would like to change your password, simply:
1. Go to the tab “My account” in the upper-right hand corner of the site.
2. Click “Personal details” followed by “Change my password”.
3. Follow the prompts in the pop-up.
