~ I have not received my order ~ 

If your order arrives later than expected this could be the result of a delay in availability for the article in question.

Delays as communicated to us by our providers can vary from 2 to 12 weeks. These are listed in the product details and generally concern:
- Articles that are handmade by artisans.
- Articles that are part of a limited series - Articles that are currently out of stock but will be re-stocked shortly.
- Articles that are specially made to order. The totality of your order will be shipped to you as soon as all of the products in your order are available, if you have chosen this option during the checkout of your order.

1. Connect to your Thelittleclub account, using your email address and password.
2. Once logged in to “My account”, go to “My orders”.
3. Click on the order in question. All shipping details will be listed with your order.

IMPORTANT: It is possible that certain of our providers may have a delay in delivering their goods or may no longer be able honour an order for a host of reasons: a change in production, an artisan who is working alone, a delivery problem… Unfortunately, we are not always immediately informed of these incidents and they cannot always be avoided. In such cases, we do our maximum to notify you by email of any eventual delays on your orders and thank you for your patience.

~ I would like to cancel my order ~ 

Once your payment has been accepted, your order is transmitted to our logistics team for processing so that your order can be dispatched as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, it is impossible to cancel it.
For this reason, we propose the following solution: you have 14 business days to return your order from the date that you receive it.

1. Logon to “My account”, then go to “My returns” and “Return an item”.
2. Download and print your return voucher. Insert it inside the package you are returning.
3. Post the package back to Smallable at the following address:

4. Once your return has been received and verified by our Customer Service team, we will refund the amount paid to the bank account used for the order in 3 to 7 business days. Once the refund has been made it can take up to 3 days to appear in your bank account. The delay may vary, depending on your bank.

~ My order has been expedited but I have not received it ~ 

Below you can find the estimated shipping times as indicated to us by our carriers:

- Correos Express (Spain): All orders made before midday delivered in less than 2 to 3 days.
- Fedex ( rest of Europe): 4 to 6 days.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order has been unexpectedly delayed, please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team in this instance so we can follow up the matter with our carriers.

I would like to add an additional item to my order.

Once you have paid for and finalised your order, it is transmitted to our logistics team for processing so that it can be dispatched and delivered to you as soon as possible. As such, once an order is finalised, we are unable to add to or modify it. Instead, we happily invite you to place an new order for any further items you would like purchase.

I made a bank transfer to pay for my order, but in ‘My account’ the payment is still listed as waiting to go through.

Processing times for bank transfers can be anywhere between 5 to 7 days, depending on the bank. nce we have received your transfer, your order will be approved and the expedition process will begin. If after 7 days of making the transfer, the payment status of your order has still not changed, please contact our Customer Service team.
